Left Again

Wonderer of life, worshipped solace for his lover of leaving
It does not matter, ours is a caravan of despair and pain.
Come and break your vow of never leaving a thousand times.
Come, yet again, come. and leave me again.

Leave me again with an ache feeling so real,
leave me in the past, dwelling for what isn’t mine to have.
Make me feel fake for the life i have lived,
lock me up inside a shell with nothing to smile.

Leave me playing worldly games,
leaving me always like a loser, so broke.
Keep me locked up inside a frame,
leaving me inside all alone to choke.

You were always making me drown,
leaving me stalling, delaying.
I always kept me down,
leaving me more and more than just today with no tomorrow to feel.

You left me with a frown,
leaving me in pain, in shame.
I always made you keep the crown,
leaving me to never enjoy the fame. You left me pleating,
leaving me confused, sad.

HE

He doesn’t burn photographs,
He doesn’t join therapy sessions,
He doesn’t smoke too many cigarettes,
Nor he drown himself into alcohol,
He scratches his wounds daily,
And never let them heal,
He doesn’t try to get rid of the pain,
Instead he let it grow on him,
He waters the seed of sorrow with his tears,
He feeds it with the manure of old memories,
He takes it to sleep with him,
And nurtures it in himself,
Till the moment when every single drop of his blood gets replaced by this pain,
Until his fragile heart can bear no more,
And his soul starts overflowing with emotions,
That’s when he dip his pen into this pain,
And empty his heart on a piece of paper,
He bares his soul for us to feel,
He creates chaos that the world would cherish for centuries to come.

Who, Why and Where.

So think as if every thought had to be subjected in fire so red, upon the sky for all and everything to see.
For so, in truth, it is to believe, Who?

So speak as if the world intended on hearing what you have to scream.
And so, in truth, it is to believe, Why?

So do as if your every deed were to recoil upon your sinful heads.
And so, in truth, it is to believe, Where?

So wish as if you were the wish of all the wishes.
And so, in truth, you are everything you seek.
So live as if God himself had need of you his life to live and lead with what you have, everything to you yet nothing to all.

To sit and be

To sit and be quiet.
To ponder long nights, for a bird in flight.
What it must have been like.
To envision a wing that became a plane.
Or a hailstorm from hell,
The imaginative form of flying away and dying away,
To dream of harnessing such power and glory where i shall hand my soul in solace.
The moments of wonder that brings my mind and body to their fullest of pain.
Forgotten today in ‘the struggle’.
What’s next?
That is up to those who will take a chance to sit and be quiet.

Petals

You have to be strong enough to feel soft.
Because life can be hard,
It can throw harsh blows.
Challenging us, As it rips us apart.
Growing old whilst yearning
To go back to the start.
It’s hard,
Oh so hard.
But if we can remain strong in our softness
If we don’t succumb to a hardened heart,
Then petal would never fall.

And it’s not by my choice
I miss hearing your voice,
so moistness now covers my eyes.
With fingers still strumming
I hear myself humming
while words get choked up in my cries.

With eyes very blurry
I’m now in no hurry
to vacate this most sacred place.
I can’t be more lonely.
I wish I could only
receive one more loving embrace. For petals won’t fall.

Stakes

Wonderous of paths crossing over lines of this fragile life. It’s autumn in the mid of falling leaves, scars of sreaming roads cry for the pain so red, coloured on the stakes of setting sun.

Why are there your shadows for the sight so blind? Is there anything that takes memorial so beautiful,

Do I see it from the cage where I shall settle the stakes of that setting sun.

Have you ever gazed to those godly being live up so high, fanciful,

Where other are swayed in low, gunned to desires.

Up above the sky

I know life has numbered my days,
And I’ll go along with everything you say
But I’ll ride home laughing, waiting at the bay
For the walls of your tower will come crumbling down
And my ears hear the call of my eyes so brown,

‘Cause I know my weakness, know my voice
And I’ll believe in your grace and your choice
And I know perhaps my heart is fast
Just because i was born without a mask

Like the burning city that raised my greed and my pride,
I stretched my arms into the sky just to fly high
I cry treasure, look at me now

You ask where will we stand in the winds that will howl
Is all we see we’ll slipping to the cloud?

So come down from your mountain and stand where we’ve been
You know our breath is weak and our body thin

I should’ve known I was weaker from the start
You’ll build your walls, and I will play my bloody part
To tear, tear them down
Just i was born without a mask

Feeling Strange to Yourself post Covid19?

What is Depersonalization Disorder and how is it affecting us post COVID19?”

For employers and employees alike, Depersonalization Disorder, or DPD, is somewhat mysterious and difficult to define. And yet, some researchers consider it to be the third most common mental disorder, after depression and anxiety. Several research studies indicate that more than half of corporate employees post COVID19 have experienced elements of depersonalization at one time or another because of the constant pressure of Job loss or Revocation in Yearly Bonuses which one had planned for the rest of this year.

Depersonalization may have happened when you first wake up, or while staying at home for almost 3 months. You may link it to acute trauma or years of chronic stress which piled up because of this lockdown, or to nothing at all.

India, as a nation has seen 4-series iterations for lockdown with respect to containing Covid19 from community spreading. So here are some first signs which are often felt:

Mental break. Suddenly, inexplicably, something changes—common objects and familiar situations seem strange or foreign, as if you’ve found yourself in an unfamiliar world, the world which belongs to wild. And at the same time you feel unreal or “not yourself.”

Feeling panic. We often feel it as if one is going mad. Many reports suggested that a feeling panic-stricken, trapped inside oneself, or thrown into an unfamiliar world they can’t escape.

Lack of emotion. Feeling inhuman, like a robot or a rock. One experiences a loss of spirit, an absence of emotions, and no mood changes.

Feeling detached. Feeling distant from others and themselves. Many describe the feeling of watching themselves, as if from above. Once-familiar objects seem strange.

Fixation/obsession. Repeatedly check their sanity. As sometimes fixate on the strangeness or foreignness of a single thought or object.

Abstract ruminating. Often dwelling on the ideas of eternity and infinity. They think over and over about the nature of existence or the void and the dark mysteries of life.

Lifestyle changes. We sometimes are afraid to leave our houses or engage in activities that might trigger panic attacks. Like, stop talking to others, watching TV, or even going to doctors.

You may close your eyes and turn inward, but the very thoughts running through your head seem different. Many of us feel as if they have no self that formerly enabled them to deal with the world around them, and with their inner world.

World to Soul! Effecting in and out.

Acting “as if.” People suffer from not feeling that they are acting, but instead they have a strange feeling of “as-if acting.” Feeling that they imitate moods and expressions as if trying to act normal around others. But they continue to feel like outsiders who aren’t part of ordinary life.

Like many psychopathological signs, depersonalization can linger for years, go away, and then return. Some people with depersonalization sometimes suffer devastating consequences in their personal and professional lives, while others can continue to function fairly well while they seek treatment.

If you think you may have got one of this, it is crucial to seek out an introspection of you feel attuned to, Clearly, Covid19 has got us all over this. Mental freedom and Breakdown should be as common as ROI and Personal Pressure.

In-app Messaging, a new door?

With the notion that it’s more efficient to retain an existing customer than to acquire a new one looming, many companies are looking inward to focus on their current customer base. This means both ensuring you’re supporting customers in ways that drive long-term retention and taking opportunities to provide them with even more value from your product.

As email and other traditional channels grow noisier less effective, the most effective way to reach your customers is inside the application itself. Everyone might already be using in-app messages to communicate updates and announcements to their users — but how can one leverage their application as a tool for timely and relevant value-add opportunities, too?

The key to in-app cross-selling and upselling is to provide contextual information to customers (based on how they’re using the product) and make it as easy as possible for them to upgrade. Insight from product usage data gives us a better idea of who to target and which features or functionality each subset of users could benefit from. Most importantly, remember to always provide the “why” behind what we’re offering: how will this help our users, and why should they buy it?

To help offer some inspiration, here are five use cases for leveraging in-app communications for cross-selling and expansion efforts:

1. Solve an immediate problem

Think about how we can include upgrade options within our product that offer an immediate solution to a customer’s problem. For example, if our application requires users to purchase pricing plan, we can use in-app notifications to notify them when they want maximum usage of our and provide a direct link to purchase more. We could also create in-app guides feature cards, pop ups to let users know about an upgrade option they might not be aware of — the simple act of moving this communication inside the product can go a long way.

2. Convert trial customers

If we have a subset of trial users, first look to our product usage data to try and uncover any patterns in those that convert to paying customers. Once we’ve identified which features or workflows drive conversions, we can set up in-app walkthroughs to steer users to those particular features or actions in the product. As we get started, set an initial goal (e.g. to increase trial conversion by ten percent) and track your progress over time.

3. Focus on a single high-value feature

Rather than taking a broad approach to upselling, one effective tactic is to hone in on a specific feature that a subset of your users aren’t currently paying for. Then, create an in-app messaging campaign targeted to this segment of your user base, offering information and examples of how their workflow could be improved with this additional functionality. You can also use product data to identify two features that many of your users leverage together, and then target customers that only currently have one or the other in their subscription or account.

4. Automate a product demo

The ultimate in-app communication is an automated demo that walks customers through the product without any involvement from our sales team. This is particularly effective in exposing customers to additional parts of your product that they might not be currently utilizing. To make the experience even more personalized, we can tailor any content we provide (videos, customer success stories, etc.) to the user’s role, account type, or use case. You should also make sure any relevant pricing or purchasing information is easily accessible, for example by linking to these resources within the demo.

5. Target a new persona

If we’ve identified a new persona using our product, think about how we can better serve these users with features and functionality they might not be leveraging. By tracking how these customers use the application differently from your existing user base, we can identify opportunities to expand their usage and offer upgrades to meet their specific needs. And by using personalized in-app messages to highlight functionality that will directly impact users’ success, you’re more likely to drive action compared to communicating via email or another channel outside the product.

Quick Hate

And We stood there with our hair dishevelled,
our breath heavy, our big eyes, watchful but not watery
observing

As they tore down our house, they stole the lives out of my friends and trampled on their bodies rejoicing quick hate.

Is there no calm, no love in our big eyes which are, instead
filled with shame and bitter memories, now.

We stand by your name, living with just quick hate.

Where we shall bear witness to the promised day written into the canvas of eternity,
When the gigantic hills of tyranny get blown away like cotton, the earth will shake under our oppressed feet
From the house of god, all idols of falsehood will be cast out, the faithful, will be placed on our high thrones.

Thats how hate was born.
